All power generating sets produced by our company are subjected to an extensive programme of functionality tests. We have the following test facilities:
Test benches 1 and 2 are each designed as natural gas aggregate test benches with a capacity of 1 and 2 are each designed as natural gas generating set test benches with a capacity of 2 MW.
The generating sets can be tested with simulated ambient temperature at 50/60 Hz low voltage and medium voltage up to 11 kV.
The test benches are equipped with a heat recooling module with which the customer's heat acceptance can be demonstrated during the test run.
Test benches 3 to 6 are each designed as diesel aggregate test benches with a capacity 3 to 6 are each designed as diesel generating set test benches with a capacity of 2 MW.
The generating sets can be tested with simulated ambient temperature at 50/60 Hz low voltage and medium voltage up to 11 kV.
The test benches are equipped with a heat recooling module with which the customer can demonstrate the heat removal during the test run or the engine waste heat can be dissipated via heat exchangers.
Test benches 7 and 8 are designed as a combination of gas and diesel aggregate test rigs with a capacity of up to 4 MW each. The gensets can be tested with simulated ambient temperature at 50/60 Hz low voltage and medium voltage up to 11 kV. The test benches are equipped with a heat recooling module with which the customer's heat consumption can be demonstrated during the test run or the engine waste heat can be dissipated via heat exchangers. Especially these two test benches are dimensioned so large that the units can be tested with all accessories such as the table cooler. Furthermore, a separate water brake for engine overhaul or our marine main propulsion engines are available. The special highlight is that all test benches are equipped with a water connection to test pump drives with a water volume flow of 500 m³/h at 100 bar. All test benches are video-monitored and are designed for unmanned operation. All test benches are monitored and controlled centrally from our control room. All data are electronically recorded and logged using the latest measuring technology.
